OUR STORY

Compassion Born From Faith and Remembrance

FAM Humanity Foundation was founded by Fozia Altaf to support vulnerable children, individuals, and families in Pakistan who cannot afford essential healthcare and daily necessities. The foundation was inspired by the memory of her late husband, Altaf Hussain, who passed away in a road accident in 2020. Fozia transformed her personal loss into a humanitarian mission focused on helping people through medical treatment, medicines, disability care, food assistance, and community support.

The name FAM represents Fozia Malik Altaf, connecting the founder’s identity with the memory and charitable legacy of her husband. Operating from Canada and serving communities in Pakistan, we aim to connect compassionate donors with people facing genuine medical and financial hardship. Every case is approached with care, dignity, and responsibility.

OUR MISSION

Working Together for Better Health and Humanity

We are called by God to "defend the cause of the Fatherless" (Isaiah 1:17), and our purpose.

Our mission is to improve access to healthcare for underserved families across Pakistan. We support people who cannot afford medicines, medical checkups, treatments, operations, or other necessary healthcare services. We give special attention to children with disabilities whose families may struggle to afford therapy, specialist care, medical equipment, or surgical procedures.
